Partnering with esteemed American winemaker, Paul Hobbs and applying the same time-honored viticulture and winemaking methods as those used in Burgundy, he set out to produce Pinot Noir of superior quality, structure and elegance. Fruit for this wine is selected from 3 distinct vineyard sites within our Casablanca Valley estate. Hand harvested in small batches in the cool morning fog, fruit from each vineyard contributes unique qualities to the finished wine in the form of character, dimension and personality. Together, they create a beautiful, elegant expression of Pinot Noir from Casablanca Valley.
